JMI UNIVERSITY - Eligibility for Btech

  • The candidate must have passed the Class XII or the equivalent examination from a recognized Board/University with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects and obtained at least 55% marks in the above subjects (PCM) taken together,
  • OR The candidate must have passed the Diploma in Engineering recognized by AICTE or state board of technical education of 3 or 4 year duration and obtained at least 55% marks.

  • Through JEE Main Examination and separately apply for JMI Delhi Counselling.

  • 30% of the total number of seats in each Program shall be earmarked for Muslim applicants.

  • 10% of the total number of seats in each Program shall be earmarked for "Other Backward Classes" (OBCs) and Scheduled Tribes who are Muslims.
  • 3% seats in all Programs in Jamia Millia Islamia shall be reserved for physically challenged persons.
  • 5% seats in all Undergraduate Degree/Diploma/Certificate Programs shall be filled by internal students of Jamia who have passed their qualifying examination (X or XII) from Jamia Schools as regular students.
